When will my order be delivered? |

All orders are made to be delivered to your room upon check-in. However, late arrivals after 10pm will have their amenities delivered to them the following day. |

You may cancel any order with a minimum 48 hour advance notice. Any orders cancelled with less than a 48 hour advance notice will be charged in full. |

You must create a username and password. Upon doing this, you will be able to track your order. |

Changes to an order can be made online (up until the order is processed - you will receive an email notification that the credit card was charged) or you may email us buy clicking the "Contact Us" button. If you would like to speak with someone, please contact the hotel room service department directly. |

How are tax and service charges calculated? |

Both Hawaii state tax and service charges are added to your order. Service charges vary by hotel. A 4.16% Hawaii state tax is applied to the total. |
